In line with the Sustainable Development Goals’ principle of good health and wellbeing, IAF has consistently promoted good health and wellbeing in rural communities within Nigeria.
In 2018 and 2019, IAF provided free cervical cancer awareness campaigns, screening, and vaccination to 6000 young girls and older women in Abuja, Cross River and Akwa Ibom States
In line with its compassionate intervention program, IAF has supported a deformed children with financial assistance for corrective surgery (mouth, nose and ears) in Cross River State.
IAF has led an awareness campaign on malaria and typhoid fevers in Cross River and Imo States and administered free typhoid and malaria fevers voluntary testing, vaccination, and drug distribution to over 5000 men, women and children.
IAF has provided hospital equipment, including beds, mattresses, bed sheets, pillows & pillowcases, digital thermometer mabis, B.B bearer digital, baby weighing scales, face masks, and surgical gloves to Mabuchi Primary Health Care Centre, Abuja.
